Unlike other companies, we process rent payments faster. As soon as tenants have made their rent payments, they are processed and deposited into the client's bank account. With other companies, clients don’t receive their rent payments until the 15th-18th of the month. Our management system is designed for clients to receive their rent payments as soon as tenants have made their rent payments and funds have cleared.
Along with our Property Management Fees as Low as 5%, we save our clients more money because we don’t charge some of the fees other companies do.
